  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (generally 4-6 business days).
  • Any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) are beyond our control.

 

5. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • Customers must provide a live product opening video or clear photos at the time of unboxing in case of any issue.
  • A genuine reason for return/exchange must be shared (e.g., wrong product received, damaged item, or manufacturing defect).
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Certain products like lipsticks and other personal-use items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks and claim verification.
  • Orders without valid unboxing proof or genuine reason will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
